Patient names, scans, images, and reports stay on the clinic PC. VeloraByte does not receive them.

What the cloud keeps
The cloud stores accounts, licences, the licensed PCs (a name the clinic types and a one-way code for the PC), and trial requests. It does not store patient data.
Staff accounts at VeloraByte use an authenticator app.
Sign-in for the clinic app, on that PC: coming later.
Signed installers and updates: coming later.

Include the product, the version if you know it, what you saw, and how to see it again.
A report never contains a patient name, a report, an image, or a scan.
