Data protection

Patient data stays on the clinic PC.

The cloud receives only what a licence check-in needs: a licence id, a device id, a one-way code for the PC, the device name the clinic types, and the app and module versions.

Updates travel one way, from the cloud to the PC. A safety update reaches every installed copy.

Encryption of records on the PC, and backups, are coming later.

Voice notes stay on the PC.

Do not send a patient name, report, image, or scan on WhatsApp or email.
