Updates and releases
An update downloads in the background. It does not install while a study, a draft, a voice session, or a measurement is open.
A release can go to a small share of clinics first, then to more. A safety release goes to every installed copy.
USR does not restart itself during clinic hours. The admin chooses when to restart. The previous version stays available to download.
