The clinic PC runs a DICOM receiver. The ultrasound machine sends each study to it over the clinic network, and the study appears in the Scan Inbox.
Measure reads the measurement text on the machine's screen and runs the sonoD readers on the images. The readers are written by hand, so each step can be explained.
Every value is shown for the doctor to check, with notes on what still needs review. "Not measured" means USR could not read it. USR never puts 0 or "normal" in its place.
Verity writes the draft from fixed sentence templates and points out what is missing. The early-pregnancy draft has no week and no fetal weight.
The doctor checks the draft and decides what the report says. Sign-off in USR is coming later.

Patient data stays on the clinic PC. VeloraByte receives only what the licence needs (see Security).
Once trials open, USR checks its licence about once a day when it can, works up to 30 days offline, and never stops an open study or deletes anything when a licence ends.
